Order Restrictions
Domestic orders placed Monday-Friday by 4 PM Mountain Standard Time will be packed and shipped the same day, pending verification of billing information and the shipping method selected. International orders and orders containing out-of-stock items will be processed as quickly as possible, but won’t necessarily be shipped out the same day. Excludes all orders placed on major US holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day). We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations outside of the United States. We are not responsible for orders that may be refused by customs. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. Return Policy

You may return new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
