Order Restrictions

Domestic orders placed Monday-Friday by 4 PM Mountain Standard Time will be packed and shipped the same day, pending verification of billing information and the shipping method selected. International orders and orders containing out-of-stock items will be processed as quickly as possible, but won’t necessarily be shipped out the same day. Excludes all orders placed on major US holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day). We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations outside of the United States. We are not responsible for orders that may be refused by customs. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Return Policy

Return

You may return new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within several weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper 2 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (1to 3 business days).

International Orders Product orders with a Shipping Address outside the USA may be subject to Customs delays, tariffs, duties, or taxes at the port of entry. The shipping charges shown on your order at check-out time do not reflect any of these additional duties or taxes. In consideration for items being shipped outside the USA, you acknowledge and agree upon completion of your purchase that: 1) We are not responsible for orders that may be refused by customs. You release us from any liability involved should the order result in being undeliverable.
